He custom made those! I don't believe he ever did a DIY on them either.

Yes these are custom made LED DRL(s). The lights are 3W Eagle Eyes, he did do a DIY but he posted them on his Insta story so yeah..
its pretty straight forward you can see many youtube videos on how hook them up but the only addition thing you'll have to do is to custom fabricate a holder for 'em eagle eyes to look flush and OEM.

Since the blue car in the photo already has the $400.00 fog light option, I suspect that the added lights are not fog lights, but something similar to the DRL items shown on the Amazon page. They should not be too difficult to find and install, and you can probably tap into the existing wires that power the factory DRL.

Im not the best at cad, but can someone make a 3d model to house the lights that fits in the empty void? Would be an awesome file. Could be 3D Printed in a heartbeat.

I was able to find the housing on Esty, unfortunately no LED(s) included. I just bought a pair and some 3W Eagle Eyes. Looking into tapping the DRL(s). Hopefully these LED(s) don't draw enough amps to overload the circuit. I live in Michigan so anything wiring related under the hood needs to be extremely weatherproof, so I'm a little hesitate on tapping the wires.

If you are going to tap the wires and are concerned about rain and snow, take the time to get some shrink wrap for each side of the tap, and use a hair dryer to seal the wrap over the spliced area. I did something similar on the front of my SC430 years ago, and that worked fine. Adding some LEDs to the front was not a big problem.
