Turns out bird drops and other things can leave little polish marks in the matte finish of the paint.

Yeah, I've heard that maintenance on matte paint is really tricky...
Saw an RC-F Track Edition yesterday in the matte Nebula Gray. It looked like a wrap. Frankly, the color just looked dirty and does nothing for the car. Gray is one of those colors that just looks meh unless squeaky clean and shiny.
