To be honest man, color combos are a very personal thing. I would be careful asking for others input on things like this as you might be disappointed. Personally I love the white on white. I have an ultra white RC with a very very light grey. The interior was a must for me as I do not like the red. The white exterior is a pain to keep clean but does look great and can hide dirt easier than the arker shades. Goo dluck with your decision.

Fuzco - I agree with jonmonkey and I have said the same, colors are very subjective and in the end, you should not make the decision based on other's input - If you recall, you got my view on the Rioja Vs Circuit red - Perfect example, jonmonkey for which I respect whole heartedly doesn't like red interior and I love it 
Now I will say that I love the light color interior but as you know, its not available in Canada so its a moot point for me....I have red or black to chose from and that's it. I find the red interior just makes the cabin of the RC a bit more roomy
White on White is nice but I suspect it will be rare/hard to find as most dealers will order the color combo that sells the most but if its what you want, it will be worth doing a custom order and worth waiting to get what you like/want versus settling....
BTW - The front pic you posted in not flattering, it looks like the RC is starting into one of those funky mirrors you find in a Circus....it distorts the look way too much. I like many of the changes to the MMC but I like the DRL detached as with the pre-MMC
