I had mine plasti dipped for the longest and recently explored a hydro-dipped option which really looks awesome. The vendors site can be found below. Its an OEM emblem with the mounting tabs and the price was fair IMO when compared to some of the other options I found on ebay.
That said, i and a friend are working on making a real carbon fiber version of the same. it will be layered onto the OEM emblem and include options for red/blue/silver carbon fiber. I'll keep you posted when that becomes available as well!

Ahhh damn yeah I got the msg, I was actually surprised that an emblem for the IS350 wouldn't fit our cars.
You could always upgrade to the new black emblem on the face lifted models. Many people who had the first gen RCF swapped their rear badge to the newer style.
