I just put in an order for the Lexion. Hopefully it arrives in a reasonable amount of time. If all goes well, I'll be unloading my current 10.25 screen on the cheap soon.

 

Who did you contact to order yours?

 

I order from their website. I got a confirmation email, but I am already concerned. The confirmation email says to contact them through their sales@lexion email. Sent them an email to let them know I have a Mark Levinson, got a server rejection email a minute later. Either they no longer have that address active, or the server is full.

Update: using the contact form on their site, I received a quick response.

 

I ordered my unit last week and I got a message today that it’s ready and being shipped out. Excited to receive unit and I’ll do a complete review so you guys can see how it looks and works.

 

That’s awesome, would love to see an in-depth review pros and cons.

 

Received response from order with tracking number via DHL. Super excited to receive this unit l, install and provide feedback. I believe that what they do is wait for some units to be ordered, they customize it, and send orders to countries in bulk probably for shipping cost.

Joon sent me a photo last week of the package saying it was shipping that day (Wednesday). On Thursday Paypal sent me a tracking number for DHL, but nothing from Lexion. I've been looking up the tracking, and as of today it still has not been delivered to DHL. I just sent an email to Joon asking for an update. I am really hoping DHL's system is just not updating, but that might be overly optimistic.

 

Thanks for your response. This is also the same contact that I am using through WhatsApp. He also contacted me in the same format as he did with you with the photo and I also got an update via Paypal with tracking number. I spoke to him yesterday and he told me that its been quite busy with the long holiday coming up but the item will be shipped today. I see this is the case as I got an update from DHL stating ETA and that package was scanned and on the move. ETA is 02/09.

At least this time around the communication has been a lot better. I am sure yours will be updated soon if not already. :-)

Hey guys, great news! I received the unit yesterday!!!! So yes this place is legit LOL.

Upon receiving I opened the box and everything was nicely packaged and all cables seem to be there for my car. It does come with two different harnesses which at first confused me as I thought I had gotten he wrong harness. The screen i cannot wait to see how it looks because it really looks OEM and nothing like any other screen I have received. IT seems to be anti-glare. I will try to install today and let everyone know how it comes along.

LOL trust me, a lot of us on this thread have been waiting a long time for this. At least you know its real, we were all going on luck because there was no concrete images yet except for the ones created by them.

They also have a IG that I follow and they work on other technologies. lexionautomotive I thing its called.

 

Received my unit today and got right to the install. Unfortunately I’m having an issue. The screen and android side boots up no problem, the touchpad works albeit a bit spazzy, but my Lexus head unit will not turn on. I hear the fan turn on inside the factory head unit, but no red led on the front, no video out and no sound. Removed the large lexion harness connector pigtail at the back of the head unit, and the head unit functions normal. Reinstalled the lexion harness and back to the original problem
