Default Installed LexionKorea unit

I just installed my unit and my backup camera isnt working. Also they never provided a password for Advanced options.

The android auto side of the unit isnt working well, while carplay works flawlessly wireless. :/

Any ideas? Really pissed off that the backup camera stopped. I read it was an option in advanced settings maybe? emailed the guy. Hes in korea so time zones are off.

everything is resolved. it took a new harness that was shipped overseas and had to replace the old one.

Do you need one? I have a spare T harness for the backup.

Have you received harness cable yet? Is it not standard to have the harness. Wonder how/why they forgot to include. Seems like a PITA

How's the touchpad integration? Does it work like a laptop touchpad with a cursor on the screen?

Hello everyone
I jsut received the new harness from them a few weeks ago and had a chance to put it in. Everything works as planned, the touchpad integration is flawless. The screen is nice and huge and OEM looking. The only thing is this is strictly an apple carplay unit because i have not found any android auto features anywhere. He made sure to remedy the problem it just took a while because of oversea shipping and communication timezones. I am very happy with the product over any other units like roadtop. I bought a roadtop display for my 7 inch screen and that did not work at all as the touchpad was literally unusable. This product is vastly a huge improvement and looks way better in the interior making my car feel more modern. Im sorry for the delay but I only had a chance to put in the new harness today. Super pleased with everything and how it looks. I will be switching over from android to apple eventually. Big props to joon at lexion. Recommend to everyone who is interested in getting a bigger screen, who has a touchpad like me, and who wants to integrate APPLE carplay. My car mods are finally complete with this last addition and I am happy for it to be done. I went almost a month without a back up camera. cheers.

Glad to hear everything is working for you now. As far as the touchpad integration goes, how much have you used it on the Android OS? I am not curious whether they programed any scroll functionality? Or pinch to zoom?

the touchpad near the shifter works same as oem, they never had pinch to zoom, just move with finger and clicking is avail. the unit itself is also a touchscreen you want to use it that way. the lexion car unit does not have any android auto anywhere and I cant find it. Carplay works like a charm tho and wirelessly. would recommend if you have a lexus and want carplay

By any chance is there scroll functionality for the touchpad? My Vline had up and down arrows on the side of the screen to deal with scrolling. I am currently using a small USB touchpad that has scroll functionality if you swipe up or down on the far-right side of the pad. Not sure how useful the touchpad integration is if I have to reach forward to use the touchscreen if I want to scroll.

i use the oem touchpad or reach forward to scroll like you said, but i dont scroll often.
just a random note if anyone ever wanted to go into their advanced settings on their lexion display unit the password is 8868123. they never tell you and you had to find out directly from them. Had to do this to switch a camera setting so my back up camera would work.

i bought the new iphone 12 just to use the wireless carplay. Its pretty sick ngl. start the car and it connects to apple maps and music pretty quick (20-30secs) id give it a 9 after the back up camera issue is fixed. makes my car feel a lot more modern and the wireless is a big plus.

chose this over the 4x4 unit because of the wireless and seemingly better quality with the touchpad. id choose it again anyday
