Default Air-condition vent servo malfunctioning

So today I turn on the AC and no air comes out of the vents. When I switch modes I hear it doing something but no air. The only air I do get is from the defroster. So I think the vent switching servo is malfunctioning. Anyone had this experience before on their RC? I actually replaced both servos on my mom's 2001 RX300 a while back. It did the same thing and also wouldn't switch between cool and hot, so the mixture control was bad too. That was years ago and they're good as gold now.

I received a notice from Lexus only a couple weeks ago saying they would be covered for 7yr/120k I believe.

I just checked with my stealership service advisor, and he confirmed my car still qualifies by this as you posted. Problem is I'm almost 6 years in but only at 75k miles, so I technically have a year left to make the claim and they have to see it and verify. Of course the problem subsided, so I can only hope it happens again and take it in. Thanks for the info!

I'd assume if it was noted on a service complaint you'd have a good case if it came up down the road.
