Default RC350 F Sport with 140k miles

I have my 2016 RC350 F Sport that has 140k miles. I have to drive across country for a military training school, ~2600 miles each way. I want to do some preventative maintenance on my car before I go. What should i get done? I am planning on the obvious, oil change, tire rotation. But i also planned on new spark plugs, cooling system flush, fuel treatments. I dont really feel like giving the dealership 1500$ to do what i can do for a couple hundred. Is there any recommendations of things that i should do? The car has been bulletproof since i got it with 40k miles on it. I recently did the rear diff fluids, and new brakes/new tires last year. Any adivce would be appreciated.

Let's see:
1. Check spare tire condition. ...have enough air? Since you're in there, wheel lock key, jack, jack crank and tire iron there?
2. How old is your battery? Cables? Corrosion? Average life is 3-5 years and can fail unexpectedly at the worst time. Invest in a portable jump starter.
3. Replace air filter and cabin filter?
4. Roadside Assistance Program is a must for the long journey.
5. Windshield wipers due for a change? Windshield washer fluid topped off?
6. Replace Key FOB with a new battery (or carry spares)
7. Inspect hoses and belts?

Thanks! Coincidentally, I just replaced all that within the last year. Just super cautious with a car that has 140k miles making that drive. Idc if it dies on the way back but can't afford to break down on the way there and screw my career.

A Lexus with a buck forty K on the clock, I wouldn't worry. I have a had couple past that, with no issues. You look like you've covered
all of the normal maintenance stuff plus some, I would think it would be very unlikely of any trouble. Plus, if you put all of those miles on it
yourself, that's even better.

No one mentions spark plugs or brake flush/brake pads/rotor check? Don't really need fuel treatment if using top tier gas.
