Just recently I noticed this very strange high-pitched metallic noise coming from the back. It is most evident when braking but can also hear it when cornering hard or going over a bump.

What could it be? In terms of mods I installed customer mufflers a few weeks back and that's it. And tbh it doesn't really sound like anything coming from pipe rattling (I could be wrong).

Are your rear brake pads worn out? That would be my guess. Most pad manufacturers put small tabs on them to make squealing sounds when they're at the end of their life.
