Rear active spoiler malfunction (2015 RC F)

Hi, so today looked in the rear view mirror and the rear spoiler wasn't up, tried manually by using the button in the controls and did not go up, restarted the car and still the same so I parked it and tried by pushing the button and saw that there is a slight movement that looked like an attempt but stayed down. There was some noise coming when the car attempts to raise it. What the hell! There is less than 14K miles on it. Does someone has an advise or an idea of what's going on? Thanks

That bulletin is for stuck in raised position. Mine is stuck in the retracted position and making some noise as if it is attempting to go up but can't, car always garaged and wasn't exposed to debris and nothing is visible that is preventing it from moving. VIN ends in 818.
