Can those CCM pads fit the non-TE/FSW RCF? When my front pads run out, I might want to purchase those.

They already sell CCM pads for the regular calipers to use with their carbon rotors. The TE calipers use a slightly different pad backing plate, so they had to have them custom made for TE owners.
