my 2015 RC F with 99k miles no longer have any working sound from speakers and the volume controls no longer work. i've checked the amp for any loose connections and including the back part of the cd player thing where the volume **** is. both volume controls from the steering wheel and volume **** no longer work. ran it through a scanner and got these two trouble codes "B15D0" and "B15D3." have also checked all the fuses that are amp related. disconnected the battery and waited. tested the amplifier by using a multimeter and it still does receive power (not sure if that means that it could still be broken). nothing works. btw right before the speakers stopped working, it started making a weird static/popping noise. does anybody have similar issues or any fixes for this? also, not sure if this has to do with anything but the sunroof also no longer works and is just stuck in the tilt position.

My 2015 RCF with 98k miles started having issues with the Mark Levinson system. Subwoofer no longer work and it sounds like the only speakers that work are the front dash speakers 😵‍💫

The amps are notorious for going out in these cars, go to your local sound shop and they will send the amp off for repair. I just had to send mine off.

Failing/bad amp. Replace or possibly send off for repairs; check eBay.
