Any way to pair Stock Mufflers to Invidia Midpipe?
I want to try and match the oem TE titanium mufflers with the midpipe but a couple of posts say that they won't fit but just wondering if it's the flange holes that don't match due to the midpipe diameter? Is there is a way to make them fit without any cutting/welding on the mufflers or midpipe..
I was thinking of doing the swap myself but definitely lack the tools for any custom parts if that would be required.

Nope. The diameter is different. the Invidia mid-pipe diameter is 2.75 inches while the OEM axle back is much smaller around 2.25 inches.

So quick update for anyone who attempts this, I gave it a try since I read 2 vague reports on fb and here of someone being able to do this with little to no info.
The flanges/holes do match with each other and the Invidia piping does get smaller in size at the very end where it connects to the mufflers. I was able to remove the donut gaskets at these ends and connect/tighten down the midpipe to the mufflers. The connection isn't perfect since the oem muffler "sleeves" don't go all the way into the midpipe end piece but there is full contact all around and I can't see any leaks.
So far it all sounds good and will be adding some Permatex Copper RTV around the small gap between the flanges for a full proper seal.

edit: posted before i read the reply above ^^ glad you got it going.
i've connected a ppe catted and resonated midpipe to the stock te/fuji exhaust and didn't have an issue if that helps. can't speak for invidia. had it that way when i pulled off the ppe axleback to upgrade to gthaus titanium axleback.

Anything can be cobbled together with a big enough hammer. Now each end of the mid pipe is cobbled.
Why not use the Invidia mufflers?
For what it’s worth the factory connection is more like 2”. That is the diameter of round factory greenie gaskets.
