The USB charger I received in my gift is beginning to fail. Do you think there's any chance Lexus would be willing to repair or replace it and has anyone else experienced problems with the charger?

I recieved mine a few weeks after i bought my car, the battery charger really comes in handy and the bluetooth speaker is not bad for being free.

Call your salesman and make sure he submitted it to Lexus. Mine forgot to do it ( surprising since My RC F was the sixth Lexus I've bought from him ) but once we spoke on the phone I received it two weeks later. It's up to the salesman to get the gift headed your way.

Mine came in the mail a couple weeks after I took delivery. My dealer never mentioned it. So, it was a pleasant surprise. I ordered my car in late fall of last year and took delivery this past May.

It's very nice! Speaker sounds great; bluetooth connection with my phone.

How are you guys/gals doing? Yeah, I finally received my free Lexus Gift Package. Akiho, my RCF, was purchased on Saturday, July 18th and my package arrived yesterday. Hopefully, everyone received theirs. Oh, by the way, I am in Los Angeles, California and it took about roughly 6-7 weeks. Hehe.. Please have a great day everyone. It's a Kool Kit which includes a blue tooth speaker, power bank charger, 2 lens clothes and the lunch pail looking zipper bag.
