Just saying.
never had this much attention in the rcf.
I put 40k on my rcf one year. Never did I smile as much as I did today. That was my second rcf And is 500 launch. Hated that car
I’m just saying as well….thumbs come in pairs so you called out 7….I don’t like that there’s a rogue thumb around and no one knows what it’s doing.
in all seriousness congrats though. I test drove one in 2019. Fit and build is unmatched and it definitely snaps necks…not many cars have that kind of road presence.
I’m sure if you wanted a car on its tippy toes and danced around you would have gotten a 911 or a built up cayman s at that price range but you wanted a V8 that looked unique and drove around town like a dream. How many luxury n/a V8 sporty GT cars are out there? Appreciate these cars now…I feel 250hp electric corollas will fill the streets in my lifetime 😢
Took my F to a drift event this weekend and met another F! Sorry, no good action shots or vids cause I’m still learning. Hope to get better, so we can see some more drifting RC F!
I am looking for a chin spoiler/splitter for my RCF and I really like the 2020+ front splitter. Such a good design. I would like to have a similar one for the 2015 - 2019 bumper in carbon fiber, but no one makes a replica. The best one I will end up going with is the Avant Garde design one, which seems to suit my taste, if I cannot have a similar design to the 2020+ front splitter.
That was the only car built that way. It was a special order Toyota corporate lease car.
Are you aware of any RC F base models being made with the triple-beam headlights as the only option?
The Lexus configurator lets me build a base RC F with no packages. No Nav/ML pkg, prem pkg, or carbon pkg. The only individual option I added is the tri-beam headlight. Would Lexus build this spec if I were to order it? If it can be built, it wouldn’t have a moonroof, right?

I think triple LED is part of an option package and not a stand-alone option.

As of the most up to date configurator on the website, it lists the triple-beam headlight as an individual option for $1,160 in the United States. It may differ in Canada or other markets though. However, this could all change as I suspect the 2024 model year is going to go into production soon. We'll see if that shakes up any of the configurator options.

Yeah, they give a lot of freedom to configure in US. In Canada we only got 3 version of RCF with everything included like ML stereo, cross traffic alerts, LEDs, radar cruise control. parking sensors etc. No customization at all. Base LSD/moonroof/10 some wheels or the CF/TVD/20 spoke wheels or the track edition.
If I had a choice, I would have gotten rid of the ML stereo, radar cruise control, heated seats, heated steering as never used them so they are dead weight for me.
Are these the base wheels on the RC F? The current configurator lists 19" BBS 20-spoke black rims as the standard equipment if I don't add any packages. It looks like this might be it. But I have seen another variant, maybe the so-called "Y-spoke" that also appears to have a 20-spoke design.

Muchos Gracias!
I have a 2019 10th Anniversary Edition w/ Carbon Package. It’s Type D shown below. Styling is 10 Split Spoke. The 20 Spoke should be Type C. Here’s a reference of OEM wheels from 2015-2022
My dirty wheels.
