My dirty wheels.

Thanks for sending that link. I was able to find the MY23 brochure and I think the new standard wheels might be the ones that you have. I took a look at page 24 on the MY23 brochure. My favorite wheel is a tie between the standard wheels (no packages) and the the track edition.

I'm cheating a bit here, as none of these are technically my car, but they are all in my basement and that counts right? Small basement office redo, and I found myself hanging a slot car track on the wall (stole the idea off reddit), and I finally had the Zent GT500 RCF added to the collection, and taking the lead of course.

Nice. Slot racing looks great on the wall. I grew up with slot racing cars in the 80s. It was a big thing back then. Recently, I just bought a slot racing set for my two kids to play with.

The GSF is epic in orange ... is that Lambo orange or just a trick of the light?

It is yellow. I think it is called 'Solar Yellow' or it might be a wrap since it definitely is too light for Molten Pearl. That is not the same Molten Pearl that I have (and 2015 - 2016 GSF had). Here is mine in Molten Pearl and you can see the difference.

Back in the beginning of October me and my fiancee took a road trip from Manitoba to Calgary and raced on the new Rocky Mountain Motorsports track.

That is amazing. You took a trip all the way from Manitoba to Calgary to race on the RMM and I live in Calgary, yet I still have not had a chance to go to the track. Did you have to take the day-long training course for you to be able to do hotlaps? How was the experience and how did you like the track and how did you do with the RCF?

I do open lapping at my local track in Gimli, Manitoba and it counted towards the previous experience requirement. The alternative would be to take the driving school beforehand like you mentioned. In comparison to Gimli, RMM is a 10/10 with the track surface being completely smooth, great rumble strips, and a electronic flagging system. Off the track, it was well organized, met very cool people, and the track also supplied lunch and snacks throughout the day.

I do plan on going back next year and hopefully you find the opportunity to do so as well. It would be nice to see another RC F at the track.

Cool. Thanks. That is great to hear. For sure, I am planning on going next year. I have seen videos of it and like you said, it looks like an amazing track especially how well paved it is. I will have to do the training course first since I have no experience on a track of this size. Just some auto crossing, but that is a completely different ballgame. I have put my RCF away till next year, but I will start planning something in spring. Cheers!

The weather was pleasant today & I was cruising around in my Infrared IS500 & decided to test drive a '22 CPO RCF (locally). It's the same color as my IS500. Wow what a car & the seats snug me in.
