thanks for playing. the 22 tundra is on its way out. the 3rd gen is seeing issues with maybe 1% of builds. numbers are subjective of course. but from rear axle coming loose to throwing a main bearing and needing a motor rebuild. texas quality with the latter being more prevalent as owners now start to hit 15 - 30k miles. the 08 burgandy tundra will stay as i only need one truck (and agree about trucks and home ownership) and it's very special imo. we won't see factory supported supercharged v8's coming out of toyota anymore....maybe lexus but likely not toyota.
anyway back to the RCF, so far still a forever keeper. i still take pictures and break my neck looking at it every time i park. even when i park in the driveway. lol.
had to take advantage of the december promotion so got the rcf another sibling last night. 2024 nx 450h+ plugin awd f sport for our family car. 22 tundra will move in a week or two. and it qualifies for hov (carpool lane) for the next few years. bonus! 30 miles on pure ev. paddle shifters, sport + mode, avs, cornering lighting, plenty more i'm happy with so far.
dislikes...model doesn't offer mark levinson, no digital rearview, no spare (runflats instead) but all livable...
weird to have so few buttons. this is where lexus is going with the console which was new to me. i haven't been to a dealership to check on out. also, to exit, you push/squeeze the handle instead of pull. merry christmas!
Thanks to El Nino, had a decidedly uncharacteristic December day so I got to take the F out for a pre-Christmas spin. Merry Christmas, indeed. Now for a wash.
My friend IG: slow.3gs had me move around the car with a light. Not sure how he set his camera to take it, I believe it's a long exposure . All the kids are doing it now lol.

You'll need a tripod as well as a camera capable of long exposure (DSLR, Mirrorless, etc).
1) Set the desired shutter speed for long exposure (ideally 3+ seconds)
2) Adjust aperture
3) Adjust ISO
Take pictures and adjust exposure if need to. I suggest using the self timer feature (usually 2 seconds) to avoid camera shake.
