Also how are people getting 675/month with taxes included for 24 months? I doubt they are getting the car for 50k which is the only way I see it happening.

Residual was higher(58%) / MF was much lower in Dec.; plus there was $3000 leash cash.

If you're buying, no. If you're leasing / financing, yes.

I dunno, but for the 2015s it was last month IMO. Lexus stopped supporting leases on the 2015s which is why they're offering the 5K dealer cash(to promote purchases).

Or see how much lower the dealer is willing to come down on the 2015s.

Lets say they bring out a lease special on the 2016 rcfs next month. Wouldn't the higher selling price of the 2016 rcf negate any savings from the lease special?(i doubt dealers would be taking 15k off 2016s).

If timing is on your side, I'd recommend plugging these scenarios on a lease calculator(a 2015 with 15K off or 2016 with 3-5K off). A good one I've been playing around with lately is leasehackr.com's calc. Remember to adjust the MF and residual accordingly.

I reached out to several dealers across the nation and the majority of them said the same thing.
They're not able to go any lower than what everyone has mentioned above.

Maybe next month or sometime during summer we'll see better deals.
Those vehicles are depreciating and dealers would rather get those off the lot and let the 2016's soak in the sun.

15k is going to be near impossible unless you have a dealer that is really scared about their inventory position (for a lease).

The best I've seen this month for a lease is 33mo/10k, 699/mo incl tax. Maybe try at the very end of the month or wait until the end of Feb and you might catch some people panicking to get rid of them.

The BIG problem is the MF. People in December were pulling MF at 0.0009-0.00125 and right now the lowest I've seen is 0.0018.

Well, IF you are referring to me. I picked up my RCF on Dec 31, 2015. LEXUS were offering $3K Rebate which helped to get the payment down to $675. Alis LEXUS were running TAX credits too

I would ONLY sign that deal less the $3K BUT only the first months payment as down.
