I got a pretty good deal from Sewell Lexus in Dallas, but nothing like what you were offered. I also had Sterling McCall make me a pretty good offer, too. Westside didn't come close to anything that was comparable to other potential deals and I know a guy that got a good deal from Northside.

I had Pembroke pines quote me $9,500 off an RCF that had a $73k MSRP. I'd check with them...they seemed pretty motivated to sell. Is there also a December lease cash you can get? I know November had an additional $3k lease cash, but not sure if it has changed since then.

Picked my RCF up a few days ago. Here is my deal if anyone wants to reference it.
Ending up pinning a few dealers against each other and Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold ended up stealing me away from Route 10
MSRP $73,575 Freehold gave me 10 k off MSRP + $4000 Lease cash from corporate (14 k off total msrp)
Negotiated Sales Price = $59,575
12 k a year 33 months at $620 a month
Only money i put down is the full 9 MSDs to lower the money factor. $620 x 9 = $5580

Had my RC-F delivered to my house on December 11, 2015
I first visited a few local Lexus dealers. They would offer me $5000 down, $850 a month....
I ran across a Auto Broker in NYC who advertised an RC-F for $599 a month.. I didn't believe it but I thought I'd email them for fun.
My deal :
MSRP $73,879
Agreed $66,024
Monthly $698.99
Down Payment $1875 (First Month Payment, DMV Fee, Plates/Registration)
33Months and 10k a year.
I was surprised.. No gimmicks, no hidden fees. Am I missing something here?
Leased through LFS and already signed for. Just waiting on the plates.

Although, "technically" your negotiated sales price is still only $63,575.
I had $9,100 off and 3k lease cash and I was happy, but wow you got a good one. enjoy!

I would jump the gun on that but I already have a lease RC Fsport so I am unsure of what would happen with that and would require more information ofc.

Lol, yes technically you are right, and thank you I am enjoying it very much !
