I'm in the same boat; I get a warning for slippery conditions and then the car starts out in second gear.

so who has this figured out because in my ISF's I could light those mothers up!

I done it many times before running the 1/4 mile. Change to sports+ and turn both traction off. Shift into manual mode in first gear. Left foot on brake, right foot on gas = a lot of smoke. BUT, after the burnout, the electronic nanny will not let me launch in first gear. Indicating slippery surface.

they how did you run the 1/4mi if you are stuck in 2nd because of the (slippery surface) warning nanny?

Took me a while to figure out, but if you drive forward after the burnout for 20-30 feet it unlocks the slip nanny. Then reverse to the start line. Pita, but that's the only way

My best time was 12.7 113 mph

Also if you put it in sport mode (trac off) manual shift, the RCF runs better time than sport+. Don't know why, it just does

lol i have noticed this issue too.. I turned the VSC off, and power braked it and couldnt get much slip at all. My ISF will light up like a **** but for some reason the RCF doesnt get down as much and then bogs down when i let off. Not sure if its because the tires as sticky as hell or what..

put it it in manual 1, turn trac off until both lights are lite, gas+brake and I can guarantee you cloud of tire smoke with dollar signs blowing away

It was rfugio who did the burnout 1-2 mos ago. I don't know if anyone got the video. I don't think my dash cam saw it since I was watching someone do donuts.
