Screechy brakes at low speed

My understanding is that you can expect that from Brembo brakes. I have occasional sqeal with mine as well, although it seems as I drive it more and get more miles on it, it's not as bad as it was. I just turned 800 miles

I experienced this recently as well... They are HIGH Friction pads and this is a common side effect on RC F & IS F..
On my IS F, I used just a tiny bit more of the OEM Brembo Anti-squeal.. It's copper based.
It seemed to do the trick for me

Joe, did you just order some anti-squeal brake spray from Brembo? I didn't know they sold that! If so, that's GOT to be a Money Maker! Lol! Sell some High Priced Brakes that Squeal & then sell the Spray that helps tone them Down!

Not only the rotors are different, the RC F has a new 4-piston calipers for the rear vs the 2-piston for the IS F.

Service came back and pointed me to the page in the manual that says the brakes will screech. I can just imagine the awesome experience of rolling up to the valet or a nice restaurant and avoiding eye contact for a while lol

Compared to the ISF, there are larger rotors on the front and rear, and 6-piston opposed and 4-piston opposed calipers respectively.
If owners seat in their brakes, it will be minimized. You can always trade off the better braking and noisy pads for an aftermarket, quieter and possibly less effect pad.

Breaks squeal at 177 miles. I was hoping it was just a break-in thing. I guess we need to start reading the owners manual before the purchase to find these things out instead of reading the purchase agreement.
