Are those pads there to help with flat-spotting of the tires during winter storage? Wouldn't it just work better to put the car up on lifts/stands?

So last week I finally received and installed my GT Haus Meisterschaft GTC SS (phew) exhaust system and programmed my home link with the remote to open and close the valves from the buttons on the mirror. I only did the axle-back for now as I was worried about the full system being TOO loud. I have to say this exhaust sounds freaking AMAZING omg. Other than the first day, just to test out the sound difference between open/closed, I have had the valves open 100% of the time lol. There is no drone at all with this system, and it sounds so throaty and aggressive it makes me smile every time I start the car up.

Keep in mind again, this is just the axle back, but now I am seriously considering getting the LSR catback as well. Also, big shout out to Lextech in Miami who did the entire install for me, and all the other work on my vehicle. Here are some pictures:

Nice! One of the best sounding exhaust systems! You should get the mid pipe.

Here's my temporary setup until I refinish my Vossens. HRE FF15 20x10 front, 20x11 rear. More pics when the weather gets better.

I agree it sounds amazing, and yes I'm planning on ordering that soon. I'm just trying to recover a bit financially I've spent a lot on the car already lol.

I will have to say that they both look awesome but I like the HREs better as well. It really comes down to the owner's preference, though

Got around to blacking out all of the chrome and a few other pieces. Next up, lowering, wheels, and a few other things.

Lol thanks, it's a different change but it's growing on me slowly.

Yea, the HRE are cast and weighs 4 lbs heavier in the front and 2 lbs heavier in rear per wheel. I am probably looking into a set forged HREs in the future. I will post more pics and a review of the setup soon.
