Aiming RCF Headlights

Aiming RCF Headlights
Gents,
I recently lowered my car and just had my first opportunity to take her for a rip through the mountains at night; where there is ZERO light pollution.
The new angle of the car proved the low beams to be almost useless (although the pure white light is stunning)
Question is (and no I haven't gone through my user manual yet as this is my third F car) is there an adjustable arm on the rear suspension assembly to auto aim the headlights (like the ISF) or are the headlights aimed mechanically via screws on the headlight body itself?
