Default Swift springs installed

I wanted to share some pictures of my recent addition of Swift springs, front only, to the RC F. I think it really gives the car a great stance. It is slightly raked, but the wheel well gaps now look fairly even. I didn't want to do the rears, as I didn't want to drop the rear an inch, just looks too low IMO. If I end up with coilovers, I think a 0.5 in drop in the rear would be perfect.

As far as how the car feels, I didn't notice much difference in the way it drives, but I haven't had a chance to really push the car yet. Regular driving felt the same, maybe a little softer. I'll update this once I have a chance to drive hard on them.

Thanks to ModinJapan for the great price and very fast shipping of the springs. Thanks again guys!

Swift makes fantastic springs...... I'm guessing by not lowering the rear your low beam headlights are now literally useless. I wish these cars came with a headlight leveler control.

You will probally only want to the the UP adjustment ever so slightly..

Try to find a level clean straight wall and line up both side just a bit.

If you go too high, you'll blind oncoming traffic at night.

Thanks guys, I really like how this has made the car look.

It is very important not to raise the light level too high. I had that issue with my e46 M3, I kept wondering why people were flashing their lights at me. Well the prior owner had adjusted the lights way too high when the car was dropped. I used a clean wall, as Joe has stated and adjusted them down.

I plan on checking the RC F soon, haven't had time and haven't driven in the dark yet.

F1n, after dropping mine for and rr, my headlight angle is way too low now so I'm thinking yours might be even worse since the angle in more pronounced with yours now. Glad Z3 posted the adjustments for me. I wish these cars had an interior cabin headlight leveler switch like my previous car. Your drop looks nice though man

Has anyone successfully adjusted their headlight level yet?

I think I need a longer screwdriver, wiggling it around in the 'adjustment holes' didn't get me anywhere lol

Yea had the opportunity to drive the car back from dinner last night. I definetely had a nice illuminated patch directly in front of my car!

I will be needing to adjust the lights up a bit for sure. Agreed on wishing you could do this from in the cabin.....

Bringing this thread back from the dead.
I also got my swift springs on today and I couldn't be happier. I only installed the fronts because I liked the look of the rake and trail. I think it actually helped the under steer a bit too..
