Default Trackpad false dig points on map with multi finger swipes

Does anyone know how to do this? My Lexus Dealer can not find the setting.

Page 40 of the RC-F NAV Manual.
"Setting for the touchpad, such as movement speed of the pointer, can be changed. details, contact your Lexus dealer. "
This is NOT the FEEDBACK setting.

I want to increase the ratio of finger movement distance on the trackpad to cursor movement distance on the screen??? On PCs this is the scale of mouse to cursor movement setting.

Why?:Most of the time this scale setting is about 10% too small. 1 movement of the maximum distance (trackpad edge to edge) may only move the screen cursor 80% of the max screen width (or height). Because of this problem one gets in the habit of a double or triple finger swipe movement. This is not a problem on menus but on the map can cause a point to be digitized and then the map cursor digitized point is off the route and the map is frozen at the off route location until you poke the bottom navigate icon. Its always the 2nd or 3rd finger application (touch and movement that causes the false entry and causes the map location to move off route. Then there is the problem on a rough road. Multi finger lifts and dig points will result.
This really pisses me and my wife off while driving when map route being correct before a turn or location must be know asap.
If you can keep the finger down without lifting you NEVER get a unwanted dig point. You can draw circles, no problem. The solution would to increase the scale of the finger move distance to the screen cursor distance moved but there is no user setting for this to get 100% of the screen size with a 100% move on the trackpad.

As I was messing with the movement all of a sudden it would switch to a different ratio (scale). And now and then I would get 100% and was perfect. Then all of a sudden back to 80%. I tried restarting the car and increasing the electrical power consumption (ML on and off, fans on and off, lights on and off, ALL ON and ALL OFF) and just could not find why sometimes it would go to 100%. Any ideas? Bye the way, changing the user setting FEEDBACK does not help this problem at all.

partial workaround.

If your in route on the map, where the screen cursor is often in the center, You can always put your finger down at the very edge of the trackpad area to give you the most screen movement in the direction you want to move it and dont lift your finger during the move. From the screen cursor in center of the screen this can always work. 2nd case: If you have to make a move a full screen move, e.g. upper right to lower left, its going to take 2 strokes minimum. BUT you can use the same technique by starting the finder move from the edge of the trackpad frame, and make sure you move to the nearest button in the lower row with the 1st move and then make the 2nd movement across the lower buttons instead of going full screen diagonally in 2 moves.

Lexus Customer Satisfaction Department says take it to you dealer

Long video of setting solution:

http://cdnapi.kaltura.com/index.php/.../embed/dynamic

I took some notes below from the video and implemented the 100% speed one.
Flick change direction:
Push Home and menu together about 5 sec continue to hold
Tap with 2 finders (vibrates that it verifies setting change type ) 1 vibrate same, 2 vibration change direction. Tap until you get the number of vibs you want for the setting you want.

Flick length:
Push Home and Back together
Tap with 2 finders
vibrates to confirm 1x normal, 2x slow and short flick , 3x is long flick
Let go sw to save.

Map Flip functions: On or Off
Push Home , Menu and Back together keep pushing until finished
Tip with 2 fingers vibrates to confirm 1x map on list on default, 2x map on list off 3x map off list on

Pointer speed three setting: Slow is 1/2 screen, normal 80%, fast full screen
Push and hold Menu and Back switch and after holding for about 5 sec keep holding
Light and quick Tap the touchpad with 2 fingers
1vib is 1/2 slow
2vibration is normal 80%
3vib is fast 100% THIS IS WHAT I WANT
let go of swing and preference is saved.

This is great. Seems pretty convoluted. Why didn't they just make it an on-screen menu item?

i wish i could get rid of that damn touch pad for the physical mouse that i had in my is350. my touchpad constantly hits buttons on the screen that i never wanted to hit. this is especially noticeable when im trying to switch between pages of stored radio stations or when trying to scroll through songs on my ipod.
