Hey! JoeZ,

Who is a good contact at Longo Lexus in regards to sales, parts, and service? So far, their internet sales and parts sucks because no one either gets back to you or gives you very minimal information. I am into details and they failed on that part.

It's the dealership's fault not Lexus, take it to a different place. Dealers are like a chain you just have to find one that likes cars and is willing to help out and find a better service writer one that has a sports car or at least knows about them
