Flat Tire Kit Sealant
Hi guys, New here and I just got an RCF. Unfortunately I already have flat tire that was caused by a blade on the freeway and I used the flat tire kit.
My question is it says do any of you know what the item number of the sealant that came with the RCF or how to get an OEM replacement? Only thing I got from the bottle was it's supplied by Sumitomo Rubber Industries.
I asked the dealerships but they're clueless about the sealant and they keep referring me to the F-Sport repair kit.
Thanks.

Amazing that millions of drivers will be left stranded on the side of the road due to newer car offerings with NO real useable spare tire...
(According to a recent study by AAA)
Flat Lining: One Third of 2015 Vehicles Missing Spare Tire
I wouldn't be surprised if the NHTSA passes a law soon requiring auto makers to include the 5th wheel in the USA, for all their models..

If it were only that easy. Lexus left me stranded on the side of the road for 14 hours a few months back. Lexus USA sent me a 300$ credit to use at the dealership........you're at the mercy of how busy AAA is. Talk about one pissed off customer

Yeah I rather not rely on AAA. Also when they load it onto the flat bed they scrapped a little bit of the muffler on the flatbed and the bottom of my front bumper on the ground. ARG. I know that's really nothing but still. Only I'm allowed to unintentionally scrape my car lol.

Also remember that gooey crap ruins the TPMS sensor, and you'll need a new one (on your dime). Make sure it's changed, or it'll crap out very soon and you'd have to have the tire removed once more. And every time that happens, the wheel gets damaged more. I replaced that stupid goop and the crappy compressor that only works with the goop with a better compressor (DynaPlug), and a Stop'nGo tire repair kit that uses rubber mushrooms that never go bad. Plus you don't have to roll for miles at 5 mph for the goop to 'set', in danger of getting other flats on the shoulder, or getting creamed by a car or truck.
Finally, if the tow truck damaged your car, either them or Lexus should fix it. I'd be very pissed if they scratched anything. I'm extremely careful where I tread nowadays, and it's been a while I got a flat. In fact, the only 2 times were when pulled over. So now I don't pull over until an exit, which is safer for my car, the officer, and myself and occupants. Never on dirt, or an unused median etc. If I need to make a U-turn or something, I go to the next well-trafficked area of asphalt. Good luck.
