Help with pricing RCF
I happened to find a RCF to my exact liking at a dealership out of state, as I reside in NYC, and the MSRP is $74k on it. Going between many emails over several days it seems like they will not budge beyond $10,200 off in total including the $3,500 lease incentive. They have a total of 11 in stock as of now. I am trying my hardest to push them to near $10k without the cash rebate, or pushing beyond the total of $12-13k off.
My dilemma is I would eventually buy out this RCF and I wanted to trade in my current ISF. The are asking $2k below market value, and they suggest i get the lowest lease mileage possible at 7500/year for 36 months instead of paying extra up front for miles, since I will buy it anyways. Also they are suggesting I do a one time lease pay in lump sum and pay nothing out of pocket or for the remainder of the lease for 3 years, then go on and finance it when the lease is up. They are also claiming that they can drop the money factor to 0.00001 since it's a one pay lease option.
I have never done a one pay lease, and I still have to think about the added cost of shipping the car to them and my new one back to me.
Do you think I should go ahead with their suggestion, or go and straight trade to finance? I never put anything down on a lease, but I assume trading in my ISF would be worth it if I buy out the RCF. I also wanted to take advantage of the cash rebate of $3500 on lease!
Any advice would be helpful!

IF you are willing to go out of state, have you tried dealerships in Florida, such as Lexus of North Miami and Lexus of Pembroke Pines? Both have same ownership and between the 2, have 43 RCFs in stock. I am sure you can get even better deals there. Also a nice drive back :-)
