I went through this with Lexus.

You are actually both inaccurate to a degree. It is natural intake and exhaust sounds fed through an actuator at a 50:50 ratio. It's the RC F's sound amped.

Let's not beat a dead horse..!!

Bottom Line: It's a speaker taking inputs from an equalizer...

Unplug it and you'll hear only the cars natural sound in Sport S+

.. just like it sounds in Sport S, Normal and Eco

We all know it's not prerecorded..

It's actually well documented in the ongoing thread we created just for ASC
