Default Changes for 2016 RCF

Can you please list all the changes/options for 2016. One I'm aware of is new optional wheels (pics from Lexus UAE configuration):

Those wheels are nice. And should be lighter. I still like the top polished ones better, but wish they didn't have the secondary spokes, making them too busy, heavier, and harder to clean.

The only other noticeable choice is the exhaust tips. There're other minor changes, and content changes as well, like Lexus Enform being standard now, etc. See the link above for more details.

I have it in good information there will be bigger screens with 360 camera, orb globe hand controls, 176 pound weight reduction and the addition off a supercharger on the incoming 2016s. I don't know about you guys, but I am not really seeing these changes sufficiently significant to consider trading my 15 for the 16. May wait until 17 to see what's on the table.

I really do like those wheels. They were a much needed improvement. A decent reduction in unstrung would also be super sweet for this car.

I know you're kidding right..!!??

For 2016.. Just a couple of cosmetic changes in the USA..

As mentioned here for USA spec:

2016 Lexus RC F product information announced..!!

For UAE region, I will be looking forward to this added 4th wheel design..

It looks to be exactly the same wheel as the 2012, 2013 & 2014 -> IS F • BBS Wheel

Specs will probably be identical to the current RC F wheel options..

Yep. Don't expect too much performance improvement near term if they are serious about producing the LC-LF. The larger screen should happen soon and the orb is on the horizon.

Unfortunately the RC F was a victim of accounting counter measures...

The car needed another 500lbs in weight savings and a total of 500hp..

With just those two factors in place the RC F would have been a $100K Lexus F

Enter: LF-LC • will see what the "F" they will offer.

Gotta an inside track on the LC-LF. Looks promising, but price could actually be a touch higher than Porsche turbo range. I will get one provided it is less than say $175k. Want something different. Getting some mixed info on projected pricing.

The RCF is a great car for its purpose and its price. More hp, less weight, different class and a lot more $$$. I can drive any car I want and have not once regretted my decision to use an RCF as a daily driver. Not once have I thought about ditching it and picking up an M4 or something else in its class that has a decent backseat that can accommodate my 4 year old.

I have actually grown more found of the RCF the longer I have had it. It does exactly what I need it to do so well and in comfort. I chuckle at the performance considerations as that usually comes from those that cannot even approach 8/10s on a track and have no clue about car control.

^^ Agreed on those points Doug... But the sales number suffered right out of the gate...

They will eventually sell all 2015's.. But this did not go as projected.

Seems the people that want the fastest thing are the ones that care what others think more then what THEY wan't. When people get into that mess I ask then to tell me what I should eat and who I should have sex with too

So what do you think the new Lexus LC or NSX? I kinda think the NSX blew it but it's too new still. I had a 1991 for 5 years and loved it not sure this new one is going to be the same.

I have just not been real gung ho on the NSX, but our 2 seat sports car needs are filled by other more desirable models so I have never given it serious consideration. I am looking specifically at the LC-LF as a 2+2 option that has truly unique looks. NSX looks nice, but nothing cutting edge and no way I would walk away from the 458 or GT3RS for it.
