1.5g max? Ever hit it?

Lol, I was looking for something like race track curbing as that might make it hit 1.3 peak transient and then I thought the same thing. Might hit a whole lot more than max of 1.5 if accidentally smack a real curb.

Drop it out of a cargo plane with no parachute. Is there a prize for the highest score?

That 1.5g max doesn't mean you hit 1.5g. It means the outer circle is 1.5g. The 4 numbers is your actual max g's for each direction.
I've hit 1.4g max lateral on street tires but remember that this is instantaneous g's and not sustained g's so it's kinda meaningless.

I couldn't get a 1.4 peak the other day trying in parking lot when I discovered our newly found goal gauge.
You be hittin the peaks I register on my GT3 gauge and I drive it on R compounds.

I doubt you'll get anywhere near that in a parking lot, you'll need more speed to get good lateral grip. Here's my drive to work this morning. Temps were closer to 10C so not grippy at all when I hit 1.3g peak. You can see the peak is just a small nub on the left there, and I'm only sustaining maybe 1.0gs.
Like you said need R compounds to sustain those kinda numbers.

Didn't notice the GT3 part. One of my favorite cars! I wonder if the GT3 gauge is smart enough to filter out peaks as it's just noise in the grand scheme of things. My last car (C63 Black Series) on the factory R compounds would hit 1.6gs in spikes and sustain 1.2-1.3gs around corners in optimal conditions. The GT3 (997 and 991) can definitely out corner that.

RE: RCF in parking lot
It was a big parking . Going 50ish, short trail brake to get front to grip and rotate. Ended up in a little throttle oversteer drift each time after abrupt turn in. Saw transient peak 1.3 back to back. A little chilly out, but I was definitely getting all the tires had to offer.
