Default RCF start sound / question.

Hi,

first my first language is spanish so I will try to explain this the best I can.

when I start my RCF the sound is beautiful, you can hear the exhaust roar.

In 20 to 30 seconds the roar disappears.

I bet that is designed like that, that is normal but someone can explain to me why do not remain with that beautiful sound?

I don't think I have explained very well but I hope you guys understand what I am talking about and help with more information, I'm just curious about it.

Waking a sleeping beast is bound to elicit an angry growl until the animal is fully awake and aware of what's going on........

growl, that is the word I was looking for.

would be nice to keep that growl every time when the car is not moving.

is like I start the cars and sound like a beast and then turn into a sedan. LOL

It sounds that way at start due to warming up the catalytic converter asap.

It's due to additional fuel being injected during cold start mode.

To keep that beautiful sound, consider installing an aftermarket exhaust system.

Did the job on my isf.

Si quieres te vendo el sistema de exhaust de Joe Z que tengo en mi RCF y veras lo que es growl de verdad, no solo cuando lo enciendes sino todo el tiempo que manejas.

Hello

I just checked the Joe Z exhaust and I think is too loud for my taste.
I'm looking for something that sound like that first startup of the car but all the time.

I will go with the
LEXUS RC-F NOVEL Exhaust system (no Headers)

if wasn't so expensive

LEXUS RC-F NOVEL Exhaust system

LEXUS RC-F NOVEL Full exhaust sytem!! Headers+Exhaust system.

Well go big or go home. LOL

Don't take me wrong, I like Joe Z and I like Novel, but I don't like them that loud all the time that is why I might need to find one that give me that first startUP sound that is very "mellow"

I'm sure that I might find it on a simple catback from a cheaper brand.
