HRE FlowForm FF15 Redline 20x10 Front, 20x11 Rear Review
UPDATE:
HRE had made a mistake in recommending me to get 265/35/20 for the fronts, so they sent me 2 new Pirelli P Zero 265/30/20 to replace my 265/35/20 fronts since I had rubbing issues with them. I didn't expect that from them, I was going to raise my coilovers to get rid of the rubbing issue, but now it looks like I won't have to do that. The tires should be arriving at my installer some time today and it will probably installed on the wheels by the end of today! Amazing customer service!
I recently acquired a set of FlowForm FF15 wheels finished in redline color from HRE. The 20x10 front's offset are 40, wrapped in Pirelli P Zero 265/35/20 and the 20x11 rear's offset are 55, wrapped in 295/30/20 as recommended by HRE.
The front wheels with the tire (52 LBS 6.6 oz) are a bit heavier than my previous wheels, about 4 LBS 3 oz per wheel in front and 1 LB 10 oz heavier per wheel in the rear (54 LBS 0.6 oz) with the tire. The front width of the wheels are .5 inch wider and I am running 265 vs 255, this is where most of the weight comes from...lol. The rear width of the wheels are the same and I am running 295 vs 285. The 295s are 1 LB heavier than 285s, so that makes the HREs almost, if not, the same as the forged rears I had on previously. Keep in mind, I did the weigh my previous set of wheels with about 9K miles on the tires.
The front wheels are almost flush with the fenders and they do rub while taking turns higher than 35-40 MPH. The rears wheels sits a bit more in the wheel well than front, but they do not rub at all. I will probably raise my coils up a few mm before the SCCA track night next month.
The Pirelli P Zero tires on these wheels are great! Feels like it grips a lot more than the crappy Hankook Ventus Evo 2...lol. Overall the wheels are different from what I am used to, it's slowly growing on me, definitely a head turner for sure!
Pics below and a video also! Enjoy!

The red looks great.
I wasn't sure that I would like it either, but it has continued to grow on me on my car... That, and how light the 19" Volk setup is.
The Varis kit is really making me question my "no kit" mentality for my RCF. The roads here and winter driving absolutely kill carbon fiber

After seeing pics at all angles, I still like the HREs but think your Vossens go better with your aero kit and black ride.
I like the slight pop of the color of the Vossens now, too. Black will always make wheels look a size smaller and you already have a set of red wheels. You could always do time attack colors or red higlights on black spokes. I would photoshop some colors just to make sure you are going to be happy with the change prior to locking them in and then regretting

Thanks man!
Thank you! I've been reading a few of your post, looks like you are ready for the some of that V8, can't wait to see what you do to yours..lol.
Thanks! Lol I was going to make this set my track set if I could of get them in 19s but my brakes wouldn't clear it. The Varis kit is clean, I went with the Lexon CF rear diffuser, I feel like it flows better than the Varis rear diffuser, quality wise though, the Lexon is not up to par with Varis.
Just get the kit and have it wrapped in PPF and you'll be fine!
The HREs are growing on me, it's a different setup. As for the Vossens, I may just go a little darker on the matte graphite, I really like the look of it. The matte black may be too dark but I'll play around with some colors and we'll see.
Thanks! You should go with red, white and red looks amazing, especially with the Circuit Red interior. It's a head turner for sure, and so much complements...lol.

Looks awesome. Great from every angle.
However, like I have said numerous times before, I don't quite buy the "lightweight wheel" argument. Wheels are only one part of many things. While the wheels might be lighter, the tires are much bigger than stock. Having more rubber in most cases, will mean more weight. Plus, having a larger circumference for the wheel/tire to cover, means taller gear ratios.
Therefore, I think any gains on the lightweight wheels is greatly negated by the larger circumference and additional weight from the more meaty tire rubber.
