My first oil fill was accurate, but with the second oil fill, they had put a full extra quart of oil in. I had checked at home and siphoned it out and will always make them check at the dealership before I accept the car back after an oil change. Shouldn't have to do this, but like most things, unless you do it yourself, you have to take the extra measure.
