I am relatively new to this forum and have been grateful for all of the practical information I have found here, but the above post is the very first one that I have read that has really pissed me off!
As one of the people in this world that NEEDS those handicap parking spots because they are the ONLY spots that allow enough room for me to get my wheelchair in and out of my car, let me give my sincere thanks for taking one of the VERY few available spots so you don't get any dents. When it comes to parking spots, YOU have choices, I don't.
But, at least you haven't gotten any tickets. Maybe you could try thinking about the people you are affecting when you are illegally parking instead of thinking only about yourself..
