I also submitted a request to a Lexus Design Engineer regarding the impact of lowering the vehicle with the adaptive suspension and received the following response:With regards to your suspension inquiry, modifications which deviate from the Lexus manufacturer's original specifications will void the Lexus warranty. Lexus as the manufacturer, does not recommend the use of after market parts/accessories in or on our Lexus vehicles. We have not tested after market parts, suspension or accessories, therefore, we do not have comprehensive information on how they may affect the operation of your vehicle. Please refer to your Owner's Manual Supplement for more detailed warranty information.
If you would like to submit a proposal to our Lexus engineering team about the installation of Swift Spec R lowering springs, please refer to the attached link: http://www.lexusproposalsusa.com. The proposal requirements requested of Lexus are outlined on the log in page. Once the proposal details are submitted, please allow approximately four weeks for the review of the proposal, after which Lexus will respond to you by email or by phone.
Yes, it sounds like their canned response, but has any after market company ever submitted their design to Lexus?

nope, no company would ever budge, huge liability in doing so, then it says that their design wasn't good enough, etc. all political crap.
Only Jeep has been big on aftermarket, but even then. they have to rebrand everything jeep and the jeep market is different, most of that stuff is accessories. But they do have rebranded lift kits.
Really wish this car had magnaride.
