After searching in vain I decided to have an RC F embroidered patch made. Useful for baseball caps, polos, etc. It is four inches wide and a bit over one inch tall.

Cool patches! Do you happen to have the .DST file for the embroidery? And honestly if the moderator shuts down a guy giving away free patches... there's something wrong with that.

 

They'll only close the thread if "vendors" report it, breaching their paid services.

I do not have the design files. The design process was by emails. I sent them a powerpoint file with a photo of the trunk logo (my reference), and then my ghosted lines on top of that showing the edges of the embroidery. A few back and forth emails to tweak the color and the design was done.
