The problem: Affected vehicles have a damaged anti-reflective coating on the multidisplay screen on the dash.
Vehicles affected by this service bulletin:
2014 Lexus IS 250
2015 Lexus IS 250
2014 Lexus IS 350
2015 Lexus IS 350
2015 Lexus RC F
2015 Lexus RC 350
Corrective action: Dealers will replace the coating in affected vehicles.
Warranty info: This service bulletin is being performed free of charge under the Lexus new-car limited warranty. Lens replacement under warranty is limited to the specified condition as described in this service bulletin.

I've yet to touch mine at all except with a clean, soft microfiber cloth.
FYI, I use Plexus for all interior and exterior plastic components including the instrument panel. Besides cleaning, it will reduce micro-scratches. Widely used on aircraft cowlings and windscreens https://www.amazon.com/Plexus-Plasti.../dp/B00092CKN4

I use Plexus for the racecar on the lexan windows.... Good stuff. I think mine was wiped down by the dealer during maintenance when the complementary wash was done.
