You can certainly reuse rotors, slotted or not. So long as there is no buildup or hotpots and the face of the rotor is not damaged or overly worn. If there is anything wrong you will likely feel it before you ever change the brakes.

I can get through at least 2 sets of pads before I have to change rotors.

Picked up the RC F in March 2015 and last night it hit 28,000 miles. As far as brakes go, I rode the brembos with the noisy pads for about 16,000 miles then had the TSB pad swap done. The brakes are still fine and I'm guessing I can get another 5k out of them before having to replace, by then may trade the F anyway.

Whats the reason for trading in the F?

I leased the car and don't see myself staying in it until the lease is up. Doing a brake job so close to lease end doesn't make sense, feel like I am throwing money away now to return the car a few months later. I rather take that $$ and put it towards a new car.

How has the RC-F served you for the past couple of years?

The car has been awesome. Plenty of power, looks great inside and out imo, rides well, isnt terrible on gas and most of all it feels great to drive every day. Only quirk is the transmission, doesnt respond as quick as I would like, but sport+ fixes that issue. I love driving it. There's a reason I've put 28,000 miles on it.

Get the Michelin A/S 3+. I haven't had any grip issues since I put those on. I have even driven on ice with them. I wouldn't say that I didn't have grip issues on ice though. But what do you expect short of studded tires?

those are definitely on my llist when its time to get newntires for summer. I will most likely round up to true snows come October and then to AS performance like those next summer

I got mine on July 2017 with 1.500 miles. It's from November 2016 and so far, 10.000 miles on the odometer.
After the summer I will change to Michelin PS4 and I am start thinking about new exhaust.
Amazing car, happy with the decision I took against a 991 Carrera (2013) that was on the same price range.
