Default For those who are cheap when it comes to oil changes...

ENDS MAY ,2017

i see people always complaining about dino oil vs synthetic or not being worth it or waste of money. here is a deal i usually jump on and have my oil for the next three years. i do my oil change every 6 months , because mileage wise, it never reaches no where near 3k miles.

Walmart has 5 quart 5w30 full synthetic for 26.33. get 2. about 55 bucks. thats one oil change.

https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mobil-1-5...BDx8t-lXTEkSKk

then you do the mail in rebate here at mobil1. send in your receipt, they will refund you 12 buck per 5 quarts. meaning 24 bucks off of 55. lets just round off and say your oil will be 25 bucks for 10 quarts of 5w30.
*note, on mobil 1 website, it doesn't show walmart, but indeed you will still get a refund. i know this from personal experience and I'm not the only one who have gotten this refund this year buying from walmart.

I stocked up on 10x 5q jugs. with a 6 pack of oem oil filters discounted, maintenance is so cheap for the ISF/RCF. i do my oil change myself so there you go, full synthetic 5w30 oil changes with filter for 31 bucks. stock up boys.

That's cool but keep in mind mobil 1 is not a true ester base synthetic oil. Want the best jr? Order some Motul...

oh i would love to run that. but for something to stay in the motor and i don't drive the car much, mobil1 is fine. this deal are for those who run the mobil1 synthetic blend because that is what oem calls for/uses.

1.) why would you buy oil three years at a time? why not keep a fresh supply? Believe me I have M1EP for my civic and I do stock it like you, just not three years.

2.) M1 EP is what you should run in this car if I ever were to make a blanket statement, which I don't. It'll handle a lot of issues that arise much better.

I'm stocking up too! I have quite a few cars at home so the savings add up.
