It's just a good 60' with cooler temps.
On your previous runs when you had a good 60' you had warm temps. Then when you had cooler temps you didn't have a great 60'. Temps have a big effect on N/A engines. With turbochargers the effect is negligible since they produce their own atmosphere. I quit visiting the strip, but I used to be out there every week. But they say 100 lbs = .1 seconds.
I decided to do a quick Google search. As you can see in this thread this person's times change drastically based on the temperature:

Of course, it's not really the temperature. It's actually the Density Altitude. But lower temperatures usually always means lower DA. DA is essentially a measure of atmosphere, which is why forced induction nearly negates the effect. (Except in more extreme cases)

^Very true. Temp is cooler compared to last time I was at the track and almost zero humidity. Regarding to 60', I can only credit it to a light burnout getting it under 2.0 or else it free spin even in hot weather.
Will see in the future if I can get it to low low 12s with 305 rears and 30-40 degrees
whats your best best time?

I may never get it to the strip with my RC F. It just doesn't have the appeal to me like it used to. Now when/if I ever get a turbo on it then I'll likely want to go to the strip just to see what it runs. But being stock, I already have a fair idea of what it will run. Seeing your times reinforces what I already thought. I wouldn't be surprised to see a best stock time in the 12.3 sec range under optimal conditions with a great run.
I was religious with all 3 of my Camaros and both of my 350Z's. Every Thursday and sometimes on Sunday.
You're launching is great though.

Congrats! Nice time. I haven't tried mine out at the strip yet, and it's already getting warm here.
