Default Manifolds comparison between ISF and RCF

Hello all,
i hope everyone is doing alright.

i was wondering if the manifolds for these two cars are interchangeabl! Is it possible for me to install an ISF's OEM manifold into my RCF?

It might be a silly question, but id apreciate your answer

I think maybe? If aftermarket header fits both isf/rcf?

^^^^Headers bolt right up. The clearance differences are due to the "stuff" around the side of the engine. But, that really makes nonevermind about the intake manifold.

it might bolt up, but it won't work the same, it will require tuning, the chambers are larger as is the throttle body on the RCF.

Comparison
Thank you for the quick reply.

Lou, it seems that the LH side are identical, however the RH side look different.

The cats sizes seem very similar tho, i dont think they require tuning? Im just saying im not an expert.

I thought you were talkin' INTAKE manifold, not exhaust Yes, they bolt right up. However, the RCF's outlet is larger than the ISF:

Flange Exit size Information:

ISF - 60mm (2.4")

RCF - 65mm (2.6")

And no, No tuning would be required.

^^^^While the manifold will bolt up to the engine, the ISF exhaust manifold will not bolt up to your exhaust system because of the smaller outlet. The exhaust flange would need to be cut off and replaced and of course, a new gasket.

And, over time the ISF manifolds have been shown to crack. The RCF manifolds have not been out long enough to see if thats also the case. I sold my manifolds to another ISF owner who had a cracked manifold.

The damaged part is the cats.. id probably cut them and then do some welding to get everything in place.

ebay has several totaled RCF's, might be easier to just find an RCF manifold from a take off.

You got a messed up CC on the RCF Headers?

How did you know?

And how did that happen?
