Supercharged Lexus RCF Wannagofast 7/30/2017 Event!

Well that's disappointing I will find that comment on YT and add my own I know folks with stock exotics that are very humble and cool in person as far as their car not being the fastest. I will admit I drive around looking for exotics and other "fast"cars to pick on lol but 9/10 times no one wants to play.

ditto asked a gallardo v10 owner for a quick pull on the highway 45 to a 100 he declined. And his car is orange, whats the point of buying a loud car like that.

-His insurance is already like 4 grand so he don't want to get caught again, lol (and anyone who has had to deal with speeding tickets, etc, knows its not hard to get insurance that costs $4000+, been there done that)
-It's mostly all about the vanity. I know guys that own really nice cars and don't even know how to use half the **** in the $80,000 car they just bought; all they care about is the image of the car and what they are "seen driving. " by others.
-The dude driving the car isn't actually the owner; is staff or a detailer of said car, and knows that if he got caught goosing the owners car he'd lose his job. Or the dude works at/for a dealer under the same conditions. (with all the GPS etc stuff out there its trivially easy to figure out if someone is goofing with your car)
-He's too worried about himself (or someone else) damaging the car in the process.
It is kinda funny though about 65% of the "really fast, nice looking" cars I see on the highways are usually just plodding along. Probably because of one of the above. Most of the cars I see hauling *** are everyday joe type cars, and occasionally you'll see a "duel" going on between sub 70K performance cars here and
there. (some of these guys are obnoxious and dangerous, and sometimes entertaining, lol)

Awesome vids! Thanks for sharing! Wish I could have been there
I would have to agree. I would say mid 3s for 0-60 and mid 11s for 1/4 mile for his setup. YMMV based on full parts setup w/ SC kit. Definitely worth the extra $10k for the performance boost, IMHO.

I love the fact of a forced induction rcf but to me that trap speed is still slower than friends bmw m3. Im so ready to pull the trigger on this kit but its hard to justify the cost when considering that it is still not in the super car status. My friend has a bmw m3 with a jb4 with dp's {500whp/500wtq] and he can do 155 in 1/2 mile with a lot less power. Why did they have to make the rcf so heavy because I really like my car otherwise..

HAhahahha omg that youtube video comment section had my dying hahahahaha!
All thumbs up but a single thumb down, I'm sure that was Zak's thumb.
Too many keyboard warriors these days. The part about spitting on his face and car hahahaha

Now now, he did say he likes his car otherwise. I personally would not compare an SC'd RCF to a modded M3 if I haven't even done either because it's completely different levels of ownership in terms of cost especially if anything breaks. Stock RC-F vs M3, plenty of reasons to enjoy the car so no need to compare what ifs.

matter how much juice is there. Not to mention a Hellcat weighs a LOT more pounds than a vette does, at least assuming both cars are stock.

Is this you? Confused because it is listed as a turbo rcf..
