Default I got owned by a skunk... need advise/help.

So short story, my car was parked at home and my dog and RC got sprayed by a skunk. At the time my main focus was on our dog and did not realize that it got my car too.

A few days later (today), I realized a yellowing stain on my quarter panel and rear bumper. I tried washing it today and as I was washing it, The smell came back. Not the concern though. The main concern is I have yellowing spot stains on my car now. Does anyone have advice on how to remove the stains? I have an appointment to drop my car off at the retailer who Ceramic Pro-ed my car, but they can't fit me in till Tuesday.

Pictures would help, I am a auto detailer. Go to pep boys or autozone and purchase scratch x and a foam pad. Read directions and try to see if that removes it.

What are your thoughts on clay bars? I've purchased the Armor All Wax + Wash + Protectant at AutoZone, is this a decent wash mix?

Hey daniel,
Personally on my own vehicles, I don't use anything from pepboys or autozone. I try to stay away from Armor All products because I think our cars deserve better, and plus they are not good quality products. I can send you a list of products if you want. Let me know.
Thanks

Dog got nailed by a skunk, not too bad, right into the laundry tub, soaped her up with Dawn X3 rinsed and again....no after smell.

Ran over a skunk and one wheel was covered in all sorts of bad smells and guts. Did the same thing with Dawn and no marks or staining. I was lucky and did it within two hours. Maybe give that a try, and then off to your detailer for inspection/correction and maybe re-apply coating to that area.

Thanks for the advise. I tried washing it off with no luck. Most likely I will just let the detailer take care of since the Ceramic Pro has warranty against stains.
