Just bought 2015 Lexus RCF about two months ago and noticed a cricket sound coming from the engine. I brought it back to the dealership since it is still under warranty. They said the sound is normal and it's coming from high pressure fuel pumps. Is it true and normal? Is there a way to reduce or fix the noise? Do you guys encounter this sound on your RCF?

There's a quiet chirping noise from the HPI pumps. Not the low pressure pumps under the seat. If you go to any other quiet, HPI car and listen, you'll hear the injection pump(s) squeak a bit. It's only a measly 2500-3000psi though.
If you want to hear something louder, try a direct injected diesel running 30,000psi on the rail.
Pro tip: Never ever ever put your body near a high pressure fuel rail during operation. A pinhole leak can slice you open like a fresh fish.
