Default Armytrix ECU

After doing all my research on what exhaust to go with, I finally chose Armytrix. As I was on their site watching the videos and poking around, I came across there ECU mod. Have you checked this out? ECU with chiptuning gives you 507hp/537tq from stock, and chiptuning + catless kit gives you 527hp/557tq, respectively. Providing the new 0 to 60 at 3.5sec. Not sure how valid these numbers are, but a mod nonetheless that sounds pretty cool. What are your guys thoughts?

Cheers,

Their numbers are very...optimistic. Even assuming that's crank HP, getting a 40HP gain over stock using the stock manifolds? Questionable. RR made about that much with headers. And yes, RR-Racing pioneered the tune and as far as I know is the only one in the US that can tune an RCF.

Do you know if they have a dyno video? And what's the process of getting Armytrix Tune?

I have the rr racing ecu reflash and its hardly noticeable. Plus these new guys have no proof showing the gains or any real reviews...

Their dyno chart looks odd anyways. Stock ramp is more stepped with no dip at 5500.

I was actually going to pull the trigger on the rr racing sc and sent rafi a pm asking him to call me or at least give me some pricing on the install but he instead told me to call the shop. If someone does not have the time to take to at least take a moment to send me a pm before I shell out over 10k then something is wrong. Now saving for a 17 gtr..

I have no idea what you are talking about. We are extremely responsive to our customers and take huge amounts of time to answer questions and provide support. I am 110% confident that anyone who has actually dealt with us and purchased our RCF SC kit will attest to this. We simply prefer to discuss SC orders over the phone rather tham PM on clublexus, that is all I asked you to do. Simon and I take calls at night, weekends, holidays -- whatever it takes, especially when urgent support is required.

Why would you even want to deal with a company that posts bogus info on their website, then tells you it "doesn't mean anything?"

I have news for those of you hoping for a 15-30hp tune for a normally aspirated RCF, its simply not possible. No one has put as much time and money into tuning RCF's than us, that is a simple fact. So we are presenting honest results, no BS.
