Default Throttle is only opening 82% according to ODB2 scanner

So I recently bought a OBD2 scanner for my RCF. While testing it out, it showed that the throttle was opening up at 82% constantly in normal, sport, sport+ and sport+ expert mode....?
I tried searching online for our cars to see if its a normal thing from Lexus or is it my car just not running right....

Did anyone run into this issue?

Thanks!!

What is your car doing that prompted you to run a scan?

I can't answer to this model but did you also notice idle opening starts at like 22%?
TBW has like 4 or 5 channels of data to assure the pedal position, ECU, and TB actuator know where each other are.
Try the other channels if your hardware shows them.

Normal probably. Nissan did the same thing. One of the first things tuners did once Nissan's VQ ECU was cracked was opening the throttle 100%. Car manufacturers probably do this for fuel economy. Fully open throttle means more air thus more fuel and timing to tune. I can see some power being made opening 100% and tuning accordingly.

What'll really tickle your cherry is finding out the APS doesn't go to 100% either, it will limit out around 90.5% travel.

Pretty sure it's throttle body wombo.

But more likely to be throttle-by-wire.
