Seats falling apart??
#31
My RCF has 12,000 kms on it, super low mileage, hardly driven, and the leather on the driver side has a wear spot right in the middle of the seat pan. It's super annoying. I don't wear any keys or anything clipped to my pants and I'm pretty careful getting in and out and diligent on keeping it clean (you can imagine how much I baby my car when it's 3 years old with only 12k kms on it) I was pretty disappointed with the quality of the leather to start showing wear that quickly.

I can tell you this much - a new cover from our site sponsor with the CL discount is $1007 for my Circuit Red and Black, and that's just the top piece. The bottom is $796.62. Then you get the joy of installing them, and if you don't have hog ring pliers and hog rings you're in for a few more dollars in tools, or paying someone for the 4 hours removing and installing takes PER SEAT.
I took a look at the wife's GS F a few day ago. It has about 32k miles on the clock. It is showing clear signs of wear on the left bolster, and this is after I've lost 40 pounds to better fit into the seat.
