Default Car seat

I’ve seen people with car seat in the rear. How difficult is it to get your child in and out of an RCF?

I have a Graco Nautlilus 65 front facing baby seat in the back. It is super easy to get our daughter in and out of the car. Much easier than we expected. The doors are very long extending all the way to the back seats, which give very clear access to the rear part of the cabin. The seats are motorized as well so the seat moves forward as soon as you tilt it forward all the way giving you clear access to extend the arms putting the baby in the back. Once the baby is strapped, you simply pull the seat back and it will automatically use the memory function to go back to where it was before.

I have two baby seats in the back. One booster, and one convertible. No issues. Head room is a little tight (for me, not for the kids), compared to our ISC. But no issues so far.

I too have a car seat in the back. Friends I've shown the car to are always surprised that you can fit a car seat in there. It's not too bad getting my daughter in and out. I usually place one foot on the floor board and the other on the ground. I'm easily able to buckle her in and pull her out.

Anyone tried to put car seat rear facing on the back of the RC F? I do not use this car to pick up my baby. My wife picks him up with RX350 but

I am pretty sure I have to pick my baby up sometimes here and there. He is still 19 months old so I need put it rear facing.

Anyone done this? I think it's possible. My coworker was sitting on the back seat today and he said there is enough room back there.

i had rear facing before convertible
Amount of space isn’t an issue The issue is how to get the kid in there If I had one car seat (rear facing), I could squeeze in and put kid in it even though it was not fun belting in When I had two kids at the same time it was nearly impossible to do the belting in

Yes, I tested it for the case where we have a 2nd child and yes it works. I had the two-piece rear facing where there is a base and the seat is separate that you carry around then snap it on the base so no need to take the baby in and out of a rear facing seat. It is the Graco 3-in-1 travel system.
