Radio Microphone / Phone connection

Anyone have issues with their phone connecting to their Radio? It connects to Bluetooth fine and links to the iPod music but it can't seem to connect with the phone to make phone calls and such. I've brought it to the dealership and they replaced the radio but it still doesn't work. They have yet to call me back to see what else they can do. Anyone have a similar issue on this? The screen says no microphone connected.

Never had any issues and works like a champ in both my GS350 and my RCF. I know I did have an issue when I upgraded to a newer iPhone b/c the old profile in the cars was for the old phone...just had to delete and start over. Also, if that doesn't work. I would look deeper into settings to troubleshoot.
